Nancy has been a dear friend for many years. She was unaware that I planned to sell and move to another community near my family and I was unaware that she was a realtor. I was praying about this move and on our next phone call shared my plans with her. When she told me she was a realtor, the next words from me were “Praise be to God.” She was truly heaven sent as she helped me find a brand new condo home in a new community and assisted me in selecting some of the custom finishes. While we waited for it to be finished, Nancy sold my home and found the one subcontractor I needed to address a single repair. But her help didn’t stop there! The granite countertops in my new home started to flake and I was anticipating a very expensive fix to replace them. But Nancy and Mardi went to bat for me with the builder/developer and “negotiated a settlement” that cost me nothing! Nancy even went to the showroom to help me pick out new material for the replacement tops and even helped me pick out the backsplash tile. She went well above and beyond what you’d expect from a realtor. While Nancy was already a friend, Mardi lives her motto “Where Customers Become Friends” and I now include her in my daily prayers as well.
