Mardi is the Broker/Owner of Mardi O’Brien Real Estate Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin and Ft. Myers, Florida.  Mardi began her real estate career in Madison, Wisconsin and shortly after earning her real estate license, she opened her firm brokering both residential and commercial properties. 

Mardi has earned many professional real estate designations, including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) through countless hours advancing her  knowledge in Real Estate.  Mardi continues to study real estate principles in formal coursework and also taught courses in real estate.

A leader in her field at the local and national levels, Mardi has been recognized as:

• Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR)

•  President: Wisconsin Apartment Owners Association

• President: Greater Madison Board of Realtors (the first female President)

• Woman of the Year in 1980 by Madison Business & Professional Women’s Club

• Woman of Distinction by the Greater Madison YWCA in 1985

As a resident and Broker/Owner in Ft. Myers, Florida, Mardi has been actively buying, selling and constructing real estate for many years.
