Nancy is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin and Florida, in the Madison and Ft. Myers markets. Nancy has years of experience in the development, construction and sale of real estate. Working alongside her husband, Tom Mistele, owner of Aztec Builders Inc. their mission has been exceeding customer expectations by delivering projects on time and within budget in both the residential and commercial markets. Whether it’s new construction, remodeling or tenant improvements, their devotion to a job well done has ensured many happy, satisfied and repeat customers over the years.
Nancy was Owner/President of Prairie Condominium Development Inc. where she worked with new home buyers to complete custom design and construction of their new condominium homes. Her extensive experience and networks within the construction industry allows her to offer services that few realtors possess.
Nancy shares her time and talent on local boards and at her church in Madison and Florida. Entrepreneurship runs in the family and her 3 adult children are engaged in the design and construction of real estate, two of them own their business.
